For small B2B SaaS and AI companies

Turn security questionnaires into source-cited drafts.

ProofReply prepares draft answers to customer security questionnaires using approved sources, shows the source and confidence for every answer, and leaves unsupported answers blank instead of guessing.

  • Unsupported answers stay blank
  • Human approval required

How it works

Approved information in. Reviewable drafts out.

  1. 01

    Provide approved sources

Use synthetic, public, or sanitized company information during the current pilot.

  2. 02

    Match the questions

ProofReply matches questionnaire wording against the information your company has approved.

  3. 03

    Review cited drafts

Draft answers include source references and confidence. Unsupported questions remain blank.

  4. 04

    Approve the final answers

A responsible human reviews, edits, and approves every answer before export.

Live synthetic demo

Try the complete workflow without registration.

Load the synthetic example below. The matching runs locally and this page makes no document-data network requests.

Use synthetic or sanitized information only. The demo accepts CSV files under 2 MB, processes them in browser memory, and does not store them. The current MVP has not been verified for confidential, personal, regulated, or security-sensitive documents.

CSV headers: id,question. Plain one-question-per-line text also works.

Required: question, answer, source. Optional: owner and approved_at.

Load the demo or add your own CSV data.

Your source-cited review table will appear here.

Why ProofReply

Built for accountable drafting—not blind automation.

01

Trace every suggestion

Each draft points back to a named approved source so reviewers can verify the basis.

02

Make uncertainty visible

Confidence is explicit, and questions without support remain unresolved instead of receiving plausible text.

03

Keep humans responsible

Supported drafts still require review and approval before they can be treated as final answers.

No autonomous submission.A human must review the draft and owns the final response.

No audit or certification.ProofReply does not determine or guarantee compliance or security.

No confidential upload workflow yet.The current MVP is limited to safe validation inputs.

Is this a security audit?

No. ProofReply is not a security audit, certification, legal advice, compliance guarantee, or security guarantee.
